Today review is for Hada Labo Lifting + Firming 3D Perfect Gel. If you have heard of Hada Labo you will know their famous Hada Labo lotion. This Hada Labo Gel that I'm reviewing today is their moisturizer multi function gel which is suitable for those 25 years old and above, since the function for lifting and firming. You might think 25 years old too young to use anti aging products? no, it's better to start taking anti aging skincare from 25 years old above, and this is gel products not oily at all. Let's review the products.

Clear  bouncy gel

Look at how bouncy the gel is...

Verdict

At first, not really used to the consistency, due to first time using product with bouncy gel consistency. After applied on skin, it absorb really quick and well, no fragrant at all, which is good. Clear gel, no alcohol, not oily at all. Just wash face, apply toner and apply this moisturizer - very convenient for busy people - no need to apply essence and lotion etc. And it really does what the product promise - it hydrate skin ALL DAY LONG and firm up my skin as well. Almost the perfect gel, the only down side is the Methylparaben other wise this score 100/100.

- PH Balanced, Free of alcohol, fragrance, colorant & mineral oil

- non-oily, gel based, easily absorb by skin

 - Ingredient with methylparaben :(

Hopefully the Hada Labo company will find way to substitute this ingredients. All in all a really hydrating gel that really deliver its promise, and for this price with all in one function, its acceptable.

Pros:

- Moisturizing

- Lightly scented

- Skin feels smooth and hydrated after usage

Cons:

- Need to pat to absorb to skin, apply too much will be tacky and take time to absorb

- Dense cream

Overall need time to pat this cream to skin to absorb nicely, other than moisturizing function no other extra benefits such as anti aging or whitening. Suitable for those looking for moisturizer without much skin concern.

Verdict:

Pros:

- moisturizing to skin

- Light scent

- Skin feels smooth after applied

Cons:

- Need to pat to absorb, applying too much will be too tacky and takes a while to absorb by skin

- Nothing much to look forward to other than moisturizing, lifting and firming need longer time usage 

On the firming and lifting function, so far no obvious visible result after two month of usage, probably need longer time to see the firming and lifting result. Will not re-purchase. Suitable for those without much skin concern and have dry skin and need skin lifting/firming.

What it is
New-concept eyebrow gel tint that makes eyebrow makeup last longer after removing the tint.

How to apply
1) After trimming the eyebrows without applying skincare product or makeup, apply a generous amount according to the desired shape of the eyebrow. (Apply a liberal amount to remove the pack easily.)
2) Dry for at least 2 hours. For stronger coloration, apply before going to bed at night and remove the next morning.
3) After drying completely, remove slowly starting from the tail of the eyebrow. (Do not remove the pack forcibly since it may pull out the eyebrow.)
4) Do not use a cleansing product (product with detergent) or apply force on the eyebrow area within 24 hours of using the product.

I tested it on my hand:

The color graduation: 

Freshly applied > After 2 hours > When rub viciously the color came off and turned to very light brown

My thoughts:
Last for about four days. Can be removed easily if you wash/rub it hard with soap. The color that I used in this reviewed is Grey Brown #3, in the first day the color appear dark grey, on day three the color appear lighter brownish which is better and more natural. I will buy other color next time. Overall quite good product with affordable price. The scent a bit strong though. 

Dermalogica Skin Smoothing Cream Review

This review is for Dermalogica Skin Smoothing Cream, which is a moisturizer. Got this from a facial package voucher and it cost RM365 per tube of 100ml. Description on the tube stated it's a medium weight moisturizer to balance combination/dry skin. Contained lecithin and aloe gel to nourish while extracts of mallow, cucumber and arnica soothe and hydrate skin - helping to restore suppleness and tone. Antioxidant grape seed extract plus vitamin C and E help shield skin from environments assaults. Formulated without artificial fragrances, colors or parabens.

What I think about the product after finishing one tube? Quite decent moisturizer, but still not moisturizing enough for dry skin. For this price, I expected more but turn out cheaper moisturizer also can perform the same, with the same selling point of natural ingredients. I will not be re-purchasing. This is just another expensive product with high end branding. Not worth it. 

Goodal Super Seed Oil Plus Skin Mist Review

This is a review on another Goodal product - Goodal is sub brand of Clio and is endorsed by Kpop Queen Lee Hyori. Today review is Goodal bestseller product called Super Seed Oil Plus Skin Mist. So it's basically facial mist that keep your face moist.

What so special about this skin mist are:

• It contained 7 types of fermented super seeds for moisture protection meaning the skin instantly forms a protective barrier to hold moisture in. The seeds are produced after 30 days of fermentation from 7 kinds of raw seeds. 
• Its a double layer mist with moisturizing oil and whitening water - the fermented oil layer replenishes moisture while whitening water layer brightens complexion.
• You need to shake it then spray - this is to effectively controls its water-oil balance in the bottle.

The 7 super seeds ingredients are:

• Jojoba Oil - for firming
• Macadamia Oil - for smoothing
• Camellia Japonica - for radiance
• Olive Oil - for brightening
• Sunflower Oil - for revitalizing
• Argan Oil - for Nourishing
• Camellia Sinensis - for moisturizing 

So basically this product aims for moisturizing and whitening. Specially formulated for those with extremely dry and rough skin and with dull complexion. The smell of this mist is like refreshing essential oil, it's smells light and calming. After finishing one bottle of this mist, I did noticed it moisturized my skin well but not sure about the brightening effect, probably very slight change only. Overall this is a very good face mist. I rate this product 4 over 5 stars because it's quiet expensive.

My Fav. Vaseline Intensive Care Review

Wow it's 2 weeks away from new year yay! Are you excited? And I didn't post much this year. Lol! I am writing this quick review for my favorite product Vaseline 100% pure petroleum jelly. 

I have sensitive dry lips and this is the only product so far that helps! And it's only RM5.17 for 50g you can buy it from Watson or Guardian. It's so economy and effective, keep my lips moist and can use as lip mask overnight and the dried skin can be wiped off easily in the morning. I tried many lip balm even branded and expensive one but all end up with my lips having blister. 

Pros:

• Keep my lips soft and moist.
• Economy and can use a long time.
• Can use as lips mask.
• Remove dry skin and can be used to exfoliate lips. 

Cons:

• Not hygienic due to no applicator. (What I do is I use cotton bud instead and cut it into half and store it inside the tube itself  to solve this problem)
• The tube is big to store in handbag. 

This is the best product so far and one tube can last 6 months over for me. Vaseline also got the lip therapy specially formulated to treat dry lips but I haven't try it yet. Have you tried this product before?
